Let’s take a minute to show you how to get started with the new FRPC website.
There was no way to migrate the old passwords to the new system, so a few steps need to be taken the first time you try to log in.
IF YOU HAVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS
If you have a valid email on file, then you just need to do a password reset.
- Go to SIGN IN at the top right of the home page
- In the grey logion box, click Forgot Password
- On the next page enter your email address that you gave the club when you joined or one you updated recently.
- IF your email is on file, you will get a message that your “Password reset email has been sent
- IF YOU DON”T SEE THE EMAIL ALMOST IMMEDIATELY – PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER
- In the email there will be a link to reset your password
- On the page that opens, enter your password twice – you can see your passwords to amke sure they are the same by clicking on the little “eye'” icon
- Click save and you will be directed back to the login page!
That’s it. Your password is reset!
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS
The new system cannot be used without a valid email address on file. When Memberships were migrated from the old system, dummy emails were entered (the new system requires emails as a unique identifier) during the import for any Members that did not have an email on file with the Club.
Don’t worry! The Club is still sending out paper mailings, and you can still call the Club to get in touch and inquire as to your Membership status, and renew offline. IF you want you can get us your email address and we can add it to your profile so you can log in and manage your Membership online.
